The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills in order to lease apartments, retain residents, direct staff, and effectively communicate with the corporate office. Candidate must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Windows. The Manager will be responsible for leasing, resident renewals, processing applications, move-ins, marketing, rent collections, resident ledger knowledge, great customer service skills, direct maintenance staff & contractors, and all faucets of Apartment Property Management. Must be able to pass a background check & drug screening. Looking for good work ethic, positive attitude, and can work well with supervisors & work alone. The compensation package is significant and includes: salary & bonuses.
